Personal Assistant – Mental Health Charity

Are you a Personal Assistant/Support Worker looking for a new challenge?

Our client is a mental health charity and they are creating a bank of staff willing to work as needed to assist people with mental health problems living in the community moving towards greater independence or just coping with a difficult patch.

Personal Assistants
Location: Stourbridge
£7.65 per hour

Working times are likely to include weekday and weekend day-times and evenings.

Our client offer a free DBS check and 4 days of initial training including the nationally recognised Mental Health First Aid qualification.

While previous experience will be helpful, they are particularly looking for the ability to communicate effectively, sensitively and persuasively as needed. Personal experience of mental health problems is desirable. Use of own vehicle and driving licence is essential.
