A Top Four Financial Services Consultancy is seeking Graduates to join their firm on a project based in Warrington.

The role involves dealing with general banking complaints; resolving and investigating customer cases through research, telephone communication and data analysis.

This role will be a great opportunity to utilise your skills, and gain experience with a well-established corporate firm.

Previous experience with telephone and case review work is desirable.

The working days are Monday to Friday, and a shift pattern is operated, so flexibility with working hours is desirable.
