Since our launch in 2011 The Recruitment Fix has become a well recognised and trusted name for recruitment in the region. We have grown to a £1m turnover business in less than 3 years through working closely with our customers, being transparent in what we do and how we do it, and creating and developing recruitment strategies for the long term.
Our goal is to demonstrate to all our customers that recruitment is still a people business – we’re not interested in stack ‘em high sell ‘em cheap processes or ‘one size fits all’ recruitment but instead we focus on communication, respect and creativity in our approach to delivering recruitment solutions. Due to rapid growth we are now in a position to offer the opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our existing team of four.
To be considered for this role you must have;

Previous experience & proven success in any recruitment sector

Ability to successfully develop mutually beneficial customer relationships

Excellent communication skills – well developed listening and questioning skills

A real belief in your proven abilities and potential
