Account Strategist

Seeking a French or Spanish Speaking Account Strategist in Rich Media/RTB!!

I have a brilliant opportunity with a hugely successful rich media platform who connects their clients with audiences across every type of device. They are one of the most innovative and exciting spaces within targeted advertising and are seeking an enthusiastic, bright Account Strategist to join their team.

As an Account Strategist you will undertake day to day management of accounts and be responsible for execution of the customer's order and ensuring that campaigns are fulfilled in line with the customer's requirements and expectations. You will also take trips to either France or Spain (depending on your language skills) to explain and introduce the company's Products.

As an Account Manager you will work closely with the internal Sales and Operations teams in the day to day management of your clients ensuring regular communication to provide the most up to date campaign information. Thus ensuring an advertiser's campaign is executed, managed, delivered and reported in a way that meets the customers' requirements and expectations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and act as the main point of contact for customer issues and concerns. Ultimately, you will ensure client retention is maximised by delivering service individually tailored to suit that individual client. Through utilising the reporting available this will allow you to make recommendations and optimisations to the agency for future campaigns and provide opportunities to grow the business.
