PART TIME RECEPTIONIST - LISBURN

We are looking for a friendly and flexible receptionist to join our professional team in our Lisburn small animal practice.
As a receptionist for our surgery, your duties will include managing appointment bookings in a professional and efficient manner, receiving clients and their animals for appointments and being sensitive to their needs and promoting a professional image at all times.
Applicants must be client focused individuals who can demonstrate an aptitude for multi-tasking. The successful candidate will possess previous customer service/retail experience and you will need to be confident and able to interact with our clients providing a consistently high level of service. This rewarding role is part time 20 hours per week including weekends on a 1 in 3 rota basis.
