Salary - £28,000 OTE £35,000 & Company Car
Due to their further expansion, they are now offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional and experienced Group Compliance Manager to join their established multi-franchised operation based in St Helens, Warrington, Wigan and Southport, Merseyside
This is the ideal role for a dedicated Group Compliance Manager from a financial services background looking to play an important role within a leading Motor Dealers based in Merseyside

As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate compliance advice and ensuring that all company processes and procedures are compliant with policies, legislation and guidelines.
Setting up and maintaining appropriate controls and measures, you’ll review policies, procedures, advertising and marketing across our branches to ensure that they are compliant and a customer focus is maintained. You’ll liaise with operational areas of the business to make sure that appropriate training is provided to employees and prepare detailed reports regarding skills gaps and employee needs.
Ensuring that internal processes and procedures are fit for purpose, you’ll highlight any specific issues and make recommendations for improvements. Additionally, you’ll guarantee that the business maintains both quality and integrity in its business systems.
To be considered for this Group Compliance Manager role, you must have:
- Experience of working as a compliance manager within a financial services environment or with a FSA/FCA /Trading Standards background
- A proven track record of leading customer initiatives
- Experience of continuous improvement and implementing improved processes
- In-depth knowledge of the TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principle and experience gained in an environment where TCF has been successfully applied
- Extensive knowledge of FCA rules and regulations as appropriate to our industry
Influential and analytical, as the Group Compliance Manager, you must have strong leadership, communication and decision making skills with excellent attention to detail and a results-focused approach.
