We are recruiting for trainee recruitment consultants to join both offices.
Trainee recruitment consultants can expect a full 12 week training programme to support your initial steps into the world of IT recruitment. So, what do we need from you in return?
Ideally some previous sales experience (although not essential)
A real passion and desire to earn BIG money
Excellent communication skills (this job is all about selling - mainly on the phone)
Be of Graduate calibre (ideal, not essential)
Be able to demonstrate, grit, determination and resilience to get the results you want!
Be highly competitive and motivated to achieve the best you can
Recruitment is a tough job, but the rewards are amazing - mainly financial and incentive based (trips to Europe, Las Vegas, company cars etc). Our commission structure regularly gets recognised by new recruits as being one of the best out there, which is why people want to work for us and more importantly stay.
