We are looking for trainee recruitment consultants and experienced recruiters to join our Bristol head office and our London office in Moorgate.
We have recently been ranked 19th on the recruiter hot 100, a huge rise from 71st place last year. Our new offices have just been opened by the Lord Mayor, they're massively impressive, I guarantee you'll want to work here!
As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be doing a full 360 recruitment role. Recruitment is a sales role so you need to be confident, have great communication skills, be persuasive, competitive and have a real hunger/drive to earn big money!
Ideally you will be degree educated although this is not essential. If you have any previous direct sales experience this again would be beneficial but not essential.
You will receive the full opus training programme when you start, this will teach you all the tools of the trade and get you generating sales quickly.
