Leeds - up GBP40k + package (depending on experience)

Currently experiencing a time of exciting change and transformation, my client, based in Leeds are looking for an experience Business Analyst to sit within the Change Management team

The overall aim of the role is to help the organisation make effective decisions and exploit new business opportunities by defining, articulating and delivering change.

You will understand the business change needs and assess the impact of those changes by capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant stakeholders.

The Business Analyst's prime responsibilities are to understand and interpret business vision through the development of unambiguous, prioritised requirements; identify risks; objectively evaluate solution options against requirements; assess the impact of change and impartially facilitate the decision making process.

Some of the key responsibilities;

*Experience of business analysis within a change management environment
(experience within the logistics and/or retail sector would be advantageous but is not essential)
*Experience projects of varying levels of complexity (experience gained across different industry sectors would be advantageous but is not essential)
*Experience of the full life cycle of projects and different methodologies eg. Waterfall, Agile
*Experience facilitating workshop sessions with both internal and external attendees, including senior level stakeholders/sponsors
*ISEB qualified would be preferable, although not essential.

You will be an excellent communicator, with analytical thinking and Problem Solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
