This position will be based at our Communication Centre on Newcastle Business Park in Newcastle. Working as part of our highly successful Specialist Team, duties will include: providing customer service to Service desk enquiry’s, Using the systems to book work in to Dealerships, Contacting existing customers for Bookings. This team is a motivated towards team performance and achievements. Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 months customer service experience, although knowledge of the motor trade is not essential as full training will be provided. Hours of work are between Monday to Friday on a different rotas between 8-8pm (occasional Sat working rota 8.45am - 2pm)
