Managers provide exceptional service both to the public and doctors practising medicine. Your role requires a background in operational and people management and a talent for coaching, developing and motivating a team.You’ll be integral to efficient operations, hitting demanding performance targets while always maintaining outstanding quality.You’ll also need to learn fast, to gain a high-level working knowledge of GMC policy and understanding of the legislative framework we work within.
