Restaurant Manager - Brighton - £30k OTE
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Restaurant Manager to join this multi award winning destination restaurant in the Brighton area. We want the very best Managers to add value to our business and become part of our success. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is keen to take on the challenge of an independent restaurant with ambition
The primary aim of this role is to facilitate the smooth running of the operations, enhance sales and service, manage spend and control costs to ensure a profitable operation.
Key Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager
- Performance Analysis – Setting and analysing restaurant targets
- Demonstrate significant expertise of operating in a busy sales and customer focused environment in a Management capacity
- Previous experience as a manger in a large fast paced restaurant with attention to detail
- Proven team management skills are essential for this role
- Ability to motivate and develop team members to exceed customer expectations
- Analysis and reporting of actual v theoretical margins.
- Stock loss and wastage analysis and control.
- Menu costing’s and product pricing.
- Input price control and reporting
