Telesales Executive

Trading since 1993, the company is constantly evolving and adapting their portfolio of products in line with technological developments, to ensure that our customers are able to take advantage of the very latest in business communications.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Network Telecom Telesales Team at our new office in Newcastle.

The successful Telesales Executive will be making outbound business to business sales calls, booking appointments for Sales Consultants. Receiving £10 per appointment booking and £150 per sale. Targeted with booking 2 appointments per day in order to achieve the £30,000 on target earnings.

The Telesales Executive Role

- You will be required to book at least 2 appointments (with business owners) per day for Sales Consultants to attend.

- The hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.00pm, with a competitive basic salary and a realistic OTE

- You must have an excellent telephone manner, be an effective communicator and motivated, enthusiastic and hard working person.

- Previous sales experience required.

Skills required:

- Sales experience in a target driven environment

- Proven numerical and written skills

- Able to use all MS Office programs particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and be familiar with other bespoke databases

- An eye for detail and methodical manner

- Good telephone manner

- Willingness to adapt and respond to the changing and varied needs of the business
