3x temporary 24-month positions to support the introduction of our new electronic patient record system.

Want to inspire transformational change in healthcare? Then we need you. Ever considered relocating to Cumbria, home of the Lake District, and the most breath-taking scenery in the UK? Then look no further.

We want to recruit the most talented people to help us revolutionise patient care across Cumbria. Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer three 24-month temporary positions in the role of Change Management Lead and has relocation packages available for anyone relocating from outside of the area.

Our Trust provides community and mental health services throughout Cumbria. Our community based services are supported by hospital beds and rehabilitation services from our nine community hospitals, community beds in acute hospitals, and mental health and learning disability inpatient units. We employ approximately 4000 staff and serve a population of almost half a million across the county.

We are just about to start implementing the cornerstone of our IM&T strategy, a new Electronic Patient Record system, Servelec's RiO. This process will mean revamping our information systems and IT infrastructure in order to drive true state-of-the-art services. It’s an environment of change, innovation and improvement with an opportunity for you to be in at the core of a new era and therefore influence the future of this large and complex environment.

You will have proven people management skills and a flair for building relationships at every level. Experience in leading service improvements will be vital, preferably in a formal project environment but experience in introducing EPR systems in similar organisations would be a desirable attribute but is not essential. Perhaps you are a healthcare professional or operational manager already working in healthcare with a desire to expand your horizons and enhance your CV in the process?

If you can bring us all of the above, then we can offer you a combination of personal fulfilment and professional reward. The post will be based in Carlisle but travel throughout Cumbria will be required.

Employee benefits include:

- General annual leave

- Pension Scheme

- Lease Car Scheme

- Training Opportunities

- Yearly Increments

- Equal Opportunities

- Stunning location
