Salary up to £16,450 OTE £22k
8.45am -5.15pm Mon –Thu, 8.45am -2.45pm Fri (5.15pm some Friday’s on a rota basis)

REQUIREMENTS
• Customer Service and/or New Business background is preferred but not essential.

THE ROLE
As a Sales Executive you must be able to maintain and develop new and existing customers through appropriate sales methods, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities and duties will include:
• Planning and prioritising sales activities to achieve agreed targets, involving high volume business to business cold calling.
• Responding to, and following up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
• Updating all customer records on the CRM system.
• Managing the accounts that are sold by the individual for a period of six months.
• Answering and making calls in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
• Log information on calls where required and maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Making sure all the Call Back’s/Courtesy calls are up to date on a daily basis.
• Working on up to date computer packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet based prospect Database.
• To undertake additional duties as may be assigned from time to time from the Sales Manager.

Our client is looking for a professional and confident individual with raw consultative sales ability. You must be able to maintain a pipeline of clients whilst constantly prospecting and growing new business.
