A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a number of Team Leaders with Investment, Protections and/or Remediation experience to join a well-known financial institution based in Aylesbury. You should ideally be a Team Leader or above with a proven track record of team management experience in either finance or banking environment. You will manage the team and work closely with senior management and possess knowledge of financial and investment products and services.
As the Team Leader who will be required to manage Investment and remediation experts who possess a proven track record of experience of remediation and ideally you should hold:
Investment experience:
1. Possession of FPC 1,2,3, (essential) or Level 3 - Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent
2. Level 4 - Diploma in Financial Planning (a distinct advantage)
3. CF2 - Investment and Risk (an advantage although not essential)
4. R02 - Investment Principles and Risk (an advantage although not essential)
5. Investment technical knowledge
6. Relevant Investment qualifications
7. Experience of remediation
8. Verification of protection products
9. Must be able to commit to no less than 6 months of the project
An ideal Team Leader will hold the following skills and experience:
• Ability to generate, communicate and comprehend financial/MI data in a concise way
• Able to manage multi-skilled professional investment team(s)
• Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems
• Experienced at leading guiding an motivating teams
• Ability to plan and manage team workloads to ensure all key deadlines are met
• Actively seeks to improve processes ensuring they are effective and efficient
• A positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong management qualities
• Strong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and previously demonstrated ‘commitment to excellence’
• Used to working under tight project deadlines
In return you will receive a salary of £260 per day, dependent on experience.
