Job Title: Support Worker and Deputy Care Manager
Location: Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: Dependent on Qualification and Experience

Our client is a specialist, independent social care organisation. They operate a number of supported living units across the region, registered with the Care Quality Commission.

They are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join their team in the posts of Support Worker and Deputy Care Manager for their Adult Provision. 

Applicants who wish to work within the team must have preferably had experience with working with adults in a supported living setting. This position will suit applicants who have worked with people in Police or Prison services, learning disability or mental health settings with those who have challenging and complex behaviours. An NVQ / QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable for the post for Support Worker and QCF Level 3 is essential for the Deputy Care Manager role.

Posts are 'On-shift' as per a rolling rota and as such this post will involve weekend work and sleeping in.
