Global Processing Manager
PERSON
• A senior manager with international multi-site experience.

Knowledge & Experience
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing business critical data.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing large teams of employees.
• The capability to inspire and lead a culturally diverse range of employees.
• Proven SLA and KPI delivery in a business critical processing environment.
• Proven leadership engagement record.
Skills
• Proven leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills, ideally in a similar environment.
• Proven communication and team building skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and preferably knowledge of other languages.
• Proven organisational, planning and budgetary skills.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
Qualifications
• Desirable to have Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt or other recognised process improvement qualification.
JOB PURPOSE
Maintain, manage and improve the processing of vouchers across several processing centres in Europe. They will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient processing of vouchers in all processing locations across the Group through effective process management and leadership of local managers in the relevant countries. The function is vital to the success of the Company to enable customers to gain their refunds and for the Company to process their claim.
Worldwide Operations spanning over 25 countries
KEY AREA's
1. Manage the processing centres and local country input teams via the local country data processing leaders.
2. Monitor and take remedial action as necessary to ensure a consistent input volume per country in line with SLA and budget.
3. Enhance and improve the input process and systems to improve the time and cost of the processing function while maintaining its accuracy.
4. Implement, and operate policies, procedures and systems to prevent and detect fraud both from internal users and external customers.
5. Constantly review processes and systems to improve the operational efficiency of the group.
6. Manage the documentation of processes and standard operating procedures for the processing function.
7. Develop requirements for the IT team to improve the operational efficiency of the processing software.
8. Report key information into senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
9. Develop and manage the data processing budget.
10. Manage the negotiation of new commercial agreements, coordinating their execution with the relevant departments in keeping with Company policies and procedures.
11. Be fully conversant and exercise authority level and ultimate accountability of this role for the region. Liaise regularly with the Operations Director and other relevant stakeholders to ensure full compliance with the governance structure as the levels are dynamic as the business grows.
12. Participate in the Company's Performance Management System and ensure full compliance with all policies and procedures, reporting systems and Company Values at all times.
