Basic Salary: £23,000 + Performance Bonus

This web-based lead generation business are looking for an incredibly hard-working, focused, organised and analytical campaign manager to take responsibility for maximising the ROI of client campaigns across a range of digital media. You don't need to much experience, but you'll need to have a passion for online marketing, a natural flair for copywriting, an eye for design and superb attention to detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join their lead generation business, which is focused on delivering online solutions to international property, investment and related service businesses. Based in Shoreditch but with clients all over the world, they enjoy a position at the forefront of an ever-changing international industry and offer a busy but rewarding environment to develop your skills.

At least 1 year of relevant digital marketing experience required.

Collateral Production:

- Producing clear, compelling, well-structured sales and marketing copy for web listings
- Adding captions and tags to images for inclusion within dynamic automated videos
- Selecting and preparing stock images for use in association with listings
- Regular updating and quality assurance of listings included in featured placements
- Creation and maintenance of telephone bid profiles on behalf of advertisers
- Purchase of graphic templates for customised production of banner adverts

Client Campaigns:

- Setup and ongoing management of lead generation campaigns for clients
- The focus is on specific investment and international real estate opportunities
- Facebook: Daily performance optimisation of campaigns targeting proprietary audiences
- AdWords: Multi-threaded keyword search, display network and retargeting campaigns
- Bing: Setup clone campaigns of Google AdWords search campaigns
- YouTube: Experimentation with AdWords for video PPC campaigns
- Twitter: limited trials with the embryonic viral marketing solution
- Daily monitoring of performance, with escalation of issues identified
- Weekly report compilation to provide feedback to client-facing staff

Internal Campaigns:

- Project management of landing page creation, targeting new CPA opportunities
- Challenged to diversify the business activity and enter new sectors and industries
- Creation and management of campaigns to drive leads from new landing pages
- Ongoing ROI tracking, performance optimisation and campaign reporting

Affiliate Management:

- Take over responsibility for broadening reach of affiliate marketing program
- Focus is to secure distribution for revenue-generating inventory on partner network
- Publishers, personal finance, travel & tourism, property blogs and information sites

A performance-based bonus is offered, which will add to your basic salary should you hit certain targets related to your areas of responsibility.
