Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator
Godalming, Hampshire
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum + pension + private medical + bonus + 25 days annual leave
Hours of Work: 35 hours a week Mon-Fri from 9 a.m to 5.00 p.m
Are you a Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator interested in developing your career in the legal sector?
My client is a respected & prominant law firm with offices across the South of England. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join their marketing team in Godalming, Surrey.
This superb role will support the Internal Communications & Client Care Managers, in addition to working with the Business Development Managers in implementing the firm's communications and business plans.
You will be required to provide support in drafting and uploading material to the intranet, assisting the content editor to develop the internal communication strategy. In addition you will assist the Public Relations team in creating content for the website and emarketing campaigns. Dealing with a cross section of internal clients, you will be instrumental in working with teams doing client satisfaction surveys, maintain the CRM and assisting with the roll-out and development of the client care programmes.
This role will cover all aspects of a busy marketing position, where you will gain invaluable experience whilst growing your marketing & communication skills.
Ideally you will have exposure to emarketing systems like Vuture Vx, LexisNexis Interaction or Sharepoint. Strong writing skills, good grammar and punctuation is essential, with a track record in editing, rewriting and proofreading copy. An enthusiastic, hard working candidate will suit this environment; you must have excellent attention to detail and a willingness to provide help within a team based environment. You will have the confidence to communicate at all levels, in a creative, yet pragmatic manner. We will also consider junior candidates with a Marketing/Journalism degree or similar, who have gained some marketing experience either during their studies or a 1st/2nd jobber looking for the next step in their career.
