The Company:
Our client is a well-established, international company with worldwide operations

Main duties:
To provide assistance in ensuring the company has the proper contractual relationships in place for all of the business that it performs, specifically with German and French customers

The Role:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements for European clients and suppliers
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents for all European subsidiaries
- Updating and monitoring contract processing
- Supporting the Company Secretary in maintaining and updating the company records, drafting minutes and resolutions
- Reporting to and assisting the Head of Legal

The Candidate:
- Must be fluent in English and EITHER French, German, Italian OR Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as Legal Assistant / Paralegal (drafting commercial contracts)
- Previous secretarial experience
- Well organised with strong attention to details
- Ability to understand contract law and its application to the company services

Salary:
£20,000 p.a. + excellent benefits
