Due to continuing success, my client, a leading and respected national Estate Agency established over 100 years ago, has just opened yet another branch in the rural, yet bustling and vibrant location of Enfield.
Due to their exceptional early success, they are looking for Sales Negotiators of all experience levels to assist with valuing and taking properties onto the market, and help develop business from new and existing clients, incoming leads, outgoing calls, specific campaigns, procured databases and general sales enquiries.
You will be based in an ultra-modern, open-plan office in a wonderful central location, where you will be working in a small, enthusiastic, friendly team.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PROVEN ESTATE AGENCY SALES EXPERIENCE.
Due to the necessity to value properties and view with clients, candidates must also have a Driving Licence and their own transport.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be persuasive and able to exercise strong negotiation skills
• Have strong planning and organisational skills
• Be tenacious
