Synarbor, the parent company of Supply Desk is one of the largest, most successful education recruitment companies in the UK. We are looking for two recruitment consultants to join our London office, established in 2001.
Do you have sales or recruitment experience? Do you want to work in a professional, recession proof industry in a company with genuine autonomy? Are you an enthusiastic, committed and driven individual who can communicate confidently and effectively at all levels with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment? If so, then this position is for you.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for further developing existing business and winning new clients. By recruiting, matching and placing both teaching and non-teaching candidates into long-term / permanent and daily supply bookings, you will aim to maximise your business and client base.
You must:
Have proven sales and account management experience
Be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced, professional environment
Have a full UK driving licence
