Communications Developer

To be responsible for developing the communication collateral for an IT technology change programme.  You will be required to follow a quality assurance process for all collateral developed and report in to the QA Communications Manager. 

Responsibilities:

·         T o design, develop and maintain a full product portfolio of communications collateral in line with bespoke project requirements.  Typical communications collateral will include, but not limited to, emails, posters, flyers, newsletters, checklists, reference guides and desk drops.

·         To work closely with the project team to manage client requests and issues

·         Attend project checkpoint meetings

·         Measure and report on communication effectiveness, for continuous process improvement

·         Ensure the communications conform to the agreed standards and guidelines

Skills & Experience Required:

·         Proven track record of planning, writing and producing  communications materials for IT technology change programmes within a corporate environment

·         Excellent writing skills in a variety of styles, i.e. for announcements, articles, newsletters, intranet sites

·         First class communication and written skills and be required to take ownership of reporting

·         Ideally have experience of working on large scale deployment projects and be familiar with project lifecycles and methodologies
