Care Manager
Home Instead Senior Care have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team of care staff, who provide care to individuals living independently in their own homes.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, dynamic and ambitious individual with a proven track record of managing a care service, and a sound knowledge of person centred planning, rota planning, staff management and business development.. In undertaking these duties you will be accountable to the Director’s ensuring the highest standards of legal and ethical responsibilities in the running of the day to day business.
The post will be based at our Glasgow office in Bearsden and the successful candidate should have a Registered Managers Award and/or SVQ level 4 or above.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Recruitment
• Selection, training and Retention of Staff
• Rotas
• Supervision and Appraisal
• Support Plans, Risk Assessment and Client Reviews
• Care Inspectorate Compliance
• Business Development
Salary £25k - £28k, enhanced bonus & benefits package and a chance to progress your career.
