BS Social Care is currently recruiting for a Therapeutic Care Worker to work with young children/adults aged 11yrs - 19yrs. The care given will depend on the children's past experience in their lives - therefore all different skills will be used within the role.
The role will be based within a residential home within the Northampton area, the home can prove difficult to get to therefore a driving licence is required to be successful for the role.
Some experience working with young children within a residential home and qualifications relevant to the role is desirable.
A pay rate of 17,899 - 19,277 will be offered along side annual leave, pensions, parking, training and career development for a full time permanent post.
