PowerPoint and Production Specialist

McCann Complete Medical are looking to hire a talented individual who can produce accurate scientific artwork; data visualisation and visually engaging presentations using packages including PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator.

We are a leading global Medical Communications agency, and our talented multi-disciplinary Studio team collaborates with all of our brand teams across our business to meet the needs of our blue chip pharmaceutical clients. Expansion of business in our Oxford office means we have a newly created Presentations Specialist vacancy.

We are looking to hire a highly skilled, meticulous presentation specialist who can generate high quality and technically accurate figures, illustrations and artwork for a range of presentations and publications, both printed and electronic, while observing relevant branding guidelines.

We want you to help us create technically high quality presentations and documents, from scientific slides through to creative and visually engaging decks, and use your communication skills to build relationships with and advise internal customers. This role may involve occasional on-site meetings support both in the UK and overseas. Owning a passport is essential!

Applicants must have high level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, as well as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Expertise in innovative presentation technologies such as Prezi would be an advantage.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong track record in working to budgets and deadlines, and have experience working in a busy agency environment, ideally in Medical Communications or the Pharmaceutical Industry.
