Quality Administrator,
Tividale, Birmingham
£18,000 p.a

Are you an experienced Quality or Technical Administrator looking to work within a quality management role?

My client is a large, global services organisation who provide testing, certification and verification services to UK and global clients. Based in Tividale, soon to be moving to Oldbury in December, they are looking for a strong Quality Administrator/Technical Administrator. This exciting opportunity will involve dealing with senior managers in all aspects of complaint logging, data analysis, internal audit and administration whilst also supporting the organisation of local procedures.

The main aspects of the role include;

  • Logging of client complaints to be forwarded onto senior management for investigation and resolution
  • Assisting with all aspects of the administration for the management review packs
  • Data analysis and collating and presenting technical data for use at Management meetings
  • Coordinating the customer satisfaction surveys
  • Providing reports for management review
  • Maintenance, management and release of global procedures in relation to all quality management documentation
  • Maintain IRCA Registrations for Auditors including invoicing
  • Providing administrative support as and when required to Product managers, The Quality & Technical support Supervisors and other senior staff

The ideal candidate must have the confidence and maturity to deal efficiently and professionally with senior management. This role will require someone to demonstrate strong communication skills, an assertive yet calm personality and excellent attention to detail. You must be procedural driven, having supported senior management in the past, therefore someone from a secretarial or quality management background would flourish in this role. You will have intermediate use of Excel and Powerpoint in particular, with experience in Word and Outlook.
This is a great role for someone looking to work in a process driven, quality management environment where you can bring these skills to the fore!!! Great opportunity to grow your career in a friendly team within a large global multinational organisation.

Collective Recruit Ltd are working on behalf of our client in recruiting for this role. If you have not had a response from us within 7 days, we have had a high response and will be in touch as soon as possible.
