Marketing Assistant

Job Purpose Summary

Being office based you will be responsible for driving the growth of company products via various channels of online and offline marketing.

You will be tasked with supporting targeted marketing campaigns to existing customers, partnerships and prospects to grow the business and generate ROI, supporting the wider marketing team.

You will also be expected to be proactive, work to strict deadlines and to fully report on campaigns to show effectiveness and deliverability.

Key Skills Required

• Proven track record and experience in B2B marketing team
• Experience in assisting with online and offline marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to consistently deliver on tasks and projects set
• Strong copywriter & proof reader
• Excellent time-keeper, highly organised and the ability to manage own workload
• A Marketing qualification is desirable.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the three main pillars of the marketing department: customer acquisition, CRM communications and affinity partnerships
• Plan and execute targeted email and DM campaigns
• Assist Business Development in sourcing opportunities to target with development of marketing collateral
• Manage sourcing, creation and completion of compelling customer case studies from a variety of leads
• Creation of marketing collateral to Client Services, Business Development and Customer Services on an ad-hoc basis
• Coordinating company attendance at trade shows and events
• Data management
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to update on reports from weekly trading meetings
