An exciting opportunity to join a growing IT company renowned for its customer service, based in South-West Sheffield. This award-winning team is looking for an exceptional IT Engineer to join the company as a Technical Account Manager. This person will be a vital part of the company, supporting clients both on site and remotely. They will be highly skilled technically, with great people skills.The successful applicant will be given a number of clients to manage and support, handling requests for technical support, quotes and projects, and should have experience supporting a wide range of technologies.
Permanent, full time position.
Hours of work: Usually 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Requires: Car, full UK driving licence. A full DBS check may be conducted.
Salary: £25,000-£27,500 dependent on experience.
