We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Account Executive to provide effective Account handling to help deliver exceptional service to our blue-chip clients through demonstrating effective project and account support to the Account Management Teams.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager / Account Manager, you will develop good working relationships with both the Account Management Team and other internal departments. Managing artwork & repro process and ensuring sign off on time or follow agreed escalation process is also an integral part of this role.
You will also deal with key client contacts, suppliers and printers requesting information or chasing up approvals. Most contact will be via email / telephone.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Use & Manage ODIN System (internal project management tool) - Ability to use this system daily from project build through to despatch ensuring data integrity is priority. Plus generation of system lead simple reports.
*General Administration -Gather data to ensure projects can begin e.g. printer specifications. Write all studio briefs. Check all deliverables before artwork can commence (pack copy, design, cutter)
*Translating Design to Artwork and Repro - Process all amends and related queries for these stages, ensuring SLA and KPI's are met.
*Supporting Account Managers in Client / Internal Meetings - Update & understand status reports, providing clarity & drive confidence to client facing teams.
*Being an Ambassador to the Company Brand - Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times with direct client contact
*Developing basic Brand understanding - Ensure consistency on pack across ranges
*Project Ownership - Be responsible for own workload, managing priorities & deadlines.
*Team Work - Proactivity is required in this area look for opportunities and deliver.
You will need previous experience managing or supporting a Project or Account. You will be responsible for resolving queries on artworks and projects, demonstrating a positive, solution led attitude.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate would be a graduate or someone with minimum 2 years' experience in marketing or graphics plus a basic understanding of the major printing processes and reprographics e.g. colour management would be advantageous.
Additionally, you will also:
*Be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) at all levels within client and internal arenas
*Be proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates "can do" attitude
*Have great attention to detail
*Be well organised and calm under pressure
*Be friendly, approachable and flexible - a team player
*Hold previous client facing / agency experience preferable
*Be computer literate - MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Travel maybe required between sites therefore current, clean driving licence an advantage
