Commissioning Engineer

This well respected System Integration Company that provides bespoke control and automation solutions, technology applications and services for all stages of Water and process related developments are actively seeking a Commissioning Engineer to work from home and to go out to work on site. The company depot is based in East Midlands and this is where the candidate will have to be based when completing workshop activities. The vacancy has come about due to the company's healthy order book and the numerous projects they have to complete in the coming years. Purpose To provide commissioning support and services as and when required for the Project Manager of the client. To go out to customer site and commission on site and get project signed off by client. Main Duties * Commission project at customer site - using PLC, HMI SCADA etc * Ensure all projects are working correctly and pass acceptance test (SAT's & FAT's) * Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner Skills / Experience * Electrical qualification (17th Edition, C&G, BTech etc or equivalent) * Commissioning background / experience * PLC's - Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens or Omron (write from scratch / modifications) - essential * Work on own unsupervised * Water industry experience ideal but not essential The company is offering and attractive package which includes a salary between £28000 and £40000 depending on skills and experience, and a company pension scheme.
