Bett Homes are one of the market leaders in the house building industry in the North East, and you could be a part of the team. We are currently looking for part time advisors to join our expanding business and would be interested to hear from you if you feel you have the sales skills required to join our successful sales team.

You will benefit from a competitive salary, commission on each sale along with a quarterly bonus scheme.

Your key duties will require the following skills:

• Deliver targeted sales as per Group policies and processes
• Demonstrate both show homes and product to their best advantage
• Report on all sales activities

• Provide constructive feedback to the Area/Field Sales Manager regarding the on-going effectiveness of local marketing of the site considering and suggesting new approaches and ideas to generate customer interest, positive publicity and community engagement.
• Manage and coordinate all on-site sales and administration activities, working closely with site construction and customer service colleagues to deliver our Customer Service Charter and achieve excellence in Customer Service.
• Maintain an accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on your development updating customers on a weekly basis on progress.
• Actively manage communications and operational interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the achievement of the regional business plan.
• Working with the Site Manager and Area/Field Sales Manager, ensure the development’s show home,  plot build completions, standing stock, landscaping and “street scene” meet the quality and presentation standards required by Group policies and processes.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested.

The successful candidate will have excellent selling skills, be a team player and able to demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels.

The part-time hours are 10am to 5pm Tuesday and Wednesday with occasional weekend and holiday cover required.

These positions will be based in the field at our developments across the North East of England – which range from Cramlington in the North to Middlesbrough in the South. The candidates must be prepared to travel between developments as required by the business.
