Call Centre Customer Advisors required
Based in Dereham, Norfolk
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 per annum (depending upon experience)

Full-time, 40 hours per week, working shifts within our opening hours which are 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, Saturdays and public holidays 08:00 to 17:00.

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays.

My client is a leading International Car Hire Broker based in the UK, operating in a competitive and fast-paced online marketplace. They are are looking for Customer Advisors to join their busy in-bound Call Centre.

Previous Experience is essential. Candidates will only be considered with previous Call Centre experience.

Duties to include:
• Handling calls relating to overseas Car Hire.
• Assisting customers and providing advice.
• Providing quotations and taking car hire reservations over the telephone.
• Overseeing our automated reservations system and responding to customer email enquiries.
• Providing assistance to customers before, during and after the car rental period.
• Communicating with our International suppliers via telephone, email and fax.

• Exceptional written skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Efficient and accurate entry of data into the computer system.
• Good communication skills.
• Passionate about offering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to empathise with all types of customers.
• Experience of complaint handling.
• Professional and able to work in a team and independently.
• Hard working and reliable.
• Geographical knowledge and knowledge of car models would also be an advantage.
