A CeMap or MAQ qualified Mortgage Administrator is sought to join this successful independent financial services firm based in Hove, near Brighton.

The company was formed in 1987, and believes in a holistic approach to financial planning. They are now seeking a Mortgage Administrator, with previous experience in a similar role and excellent knowledge of the market, to join their team.

Title: Mortgage Administrator
Location: Hove
Salary: £17k - £19k per annum

The Mortgage Administrator role includes the following responsibilities:
- Processing mortgage and life assurance applications
- Liaising with lenders, providers and solicitors
- Maintaining a client database
- Dealing with new and existing clients

The ideal Mortgage Administrator will possess the following skills and experience:
- Substantial experience in a similar role, as a Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Case Manager / Financial Services Administrator or Trainee Mortgage Adviser
- A CeMap or MAQ qualification
- Experience of dealing with clients
- Excellent organisational skills
- A confident, professional telephone manner
- The ability to work as part of a team
