SENTeacher - Colchester - September start
Qualified and experienced KS1 Teacher with previous SEN experience required for a September start

The Job:
Our client School, based in Colchester, are looking for a qualified teacher with previous SEN experience. The successful candidate will be working in a Key Stage 1 class with 7 Children ranging from Years 1-4. You will be supported in the classroom by one TA and 2 LSA's. You should also the interpersonal skills needed to effectively communicate with staff and students. This is a permanent position to start in September.
The School:
The School is an expanding special school for pupils aged between 3-19 and currently caters for pupils who are designated as a Severe, PMLD and Autistic.
The Child:
The children at this school have a range of complex disabilities and special education needs with varying levels of difficulties and ability. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of differentiation within the classroom, and also an emphasis on behaviour management and inclusive learning.
The children in this particular class have either complex or challenging needs or severe learning difficulties.
