The Production Front Line Manager Opportunity:

We are always looking for great talented managers to excel within our Farmers Boy Manufacturing site! And currently we are looking for Production Managers across a variety of our lines, including Cheese, Pie and Quiche!

We've got a fantastic opportunity for experienced Front Line Managers in Production to join our expanding production team at our Farmers Boy Bradford site. Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you will lead your team to successfully deliver your lines KPI's and drive business performance.

Our Bradford site is part of the 'Farmers Boy' family and is all about food processing- quiche, cheese, pies and so much more!

What skills and qualifications do I need to be a successful Front Line Manager?

> Management experience gained in a fast paced manufacturing/ production/ FMCG environment

> Proven experience in a people management role with the ability to deliver strong results through a team.

> Demonstrated ability to problem solve, report information/findings, develop recommendations, and implement process changes in order to improve operational performance.

> Strong leadership and coaching skills in order to engage motivate and develop large teams with varying skill sets.

> The ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation and cross-functional teams through the application of effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
