Production operative
Responsibilities;
• Interact with other RPS, QC Printer as well as Shift Leader, shift electrical and mechanical maintenance operators, quality and processes staff, maintenance staff and with both material handlers and warehouse operator in matters relative to raw material
• Performs works of a certain complexity within their specialty
• Suggests improvements in work systems and production organization
Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and maintaining a safely work environment
• Comply with EHS policies and procedures
• Report any incident or risk situation either to the cell leader or group leader
Ensuring the compliance with the quality control plan:
• Make any necessary adjustments in the process depending on the deviations detected by the QC (either in the product and/or process parameters
• Carry out checks immediately after the adjustment or the machine start-up and record the results
Ensure the operation of production lines:
• Make any necessary adjustments and solve problems against a machine stoppage (following the resolution guides) to restore production as soon as possible (If there is any minor fault or incident easily repairable, try solve them. Otherwise, if the issue has not been solved, stop the machine and notifies either to Shift Leader
• Make color, order, profiles and materials changes according to the STD instructions
• Carry out the planned tasks (routines) of autonomous maintenance and sleeves changes, according to the STD instructions
• Perform periodic checks related to the process in accordance with the RPS task sheet (includes bottom thickness and concavity)
• Report any incident that does not involves a machine stop or no conformity to the cell leader in order that he conducts a yellow card
• Input scrap and downtime data in the Global Shopfloor system
• Perform job changes of Pressco (PC)
• Booting internal promotions (Laser) according to work instructions
• Repair of breakdowns to keep the line flow
• Repair of breakdowns (mechanical) to keep the line flow
• Support/Realize PM activities. Adjust all these activities to the planned time
• Profile C/O activities if required as well as tooling repair and maintenance operations
• Keep 5’s in all maintenance tooling and activities
Other Maintenance duties;
• Keep spares ready for use at any time
• PM checklist realization and reporting of breakdowns for investigation
• Follow up of scrap and DT by shift and process
Machinery or tools under the responsibility of the RPS
• Those in Mega Cell lines: Molder, Scoring.
• Hand tools (wrenches, keys, quality tools, etc.).
Education / experience / skills:
• Technical education.
• Three years experience in the field of Production.
• Experience from injection plastic industry is advantage
• Knowledge of QC tasks as well as molder, scoring and some tampo processes.
• Knowledge of mechanical basis.
• Able to perform the Control Plan.
