Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

The Truro office has built a fantastic reputation and is now looking for a key member to join its growing team. They need someone who can help them find, train and retain the best people in order to meet the increasing demand for their services. 

The role is office based but in order to find the right sort of people, you will also be required to network in the local communities in and around Truro and Falmouth.

You will therefore need:

* Previous HR and recruitment experience

* Excellent communication and people skills

* To be able to work under pressure

* To be target driven

* To have good IT skills

* To be a car owner

In return, our client offers a competitive salary of £16,000 to £18,000 plus a structured incentive plan, private health plan and good career prospects.
