Lead generation through outbound calling to potential clients - Warm Leads

Tasks & Expectations

Make contact and establish qualifying criteria with customer
Promote the benefits of undertaking a free financial report
Arrange appointment with client to gain authority via a letter
To communicate with internal and external clients for effective delivery of service
To ensure effective and timely submission and maintain all required statistics, records, documents and databases
To meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets
Adherence to compliance requirements
To undertake ongoing training as directed to ensure required performance and service standards are met
To comply with all Company policies and procedures
Any other tasks that may reasonably be required

Working hours

Monday to Thursday - 2 days at 10 am to 6pm and 2 days at 12pm to 8pm

Fridays - 9am to 5pm

A minimum of 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) plus extra holiday linked to length of service

Salary £17,000 + Bonus
