Position: Industrial Disease Paralegal
Location: Preston
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
My client based in Greater Manchester and Lancashire is currently looking for an Industrial Disease paralegal to join their fast growing team.
You will be a paralegal with at least 6 months experience dealing with industrial disease matters. This position will be suitable for a new and determined paralegal wanting to build upon their experience in a forward thinking law firm.
Previous experience handling your own case-load in Industrial Disease will be a distinct advantage, but not necessary.
Required Skills & Experience/ Responsibilities:
• 6 months+ Industrial disease experience
• Experience with Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims
• You will be able to support senior Fee Earners with their case load
• You will be able to contribute to the team by sharing your knowledge and research
Desirables:
• Experience with Asbestosis, Mesothelioma, Occupational Dermatitis, RSI claims
• Experience handling you own case load
