Recruitment Telesales Executive
Basic Salary upto £24,500 OTE, Pension and 25 days holiday per annum

Our Media Wales Recruitment division seeks Multimedia Telesales Executives to join the team in Cardiff.
You will sell advertising across our portfolio which includes Jobs Wales and Fish4jobs our on-line Recruitment websites and you will ensure that volume and revenues are maximised in accordance
to agreed standards of performance and targets.
You will generate and negotiate new income on Print and Digital portfolio. This role requires a confident, driven, bright, individual who is able to
generate and follow up on leads and referrals and will actively and successfully manage the sales process, credentials pitch,
solution pitch, negotiations, close and client expectations.
The ideal Telesales Executive will have a proven track record of business development, will be a strong negotiator and will be
capable of hands-on problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
You will have a positive attitude to dealing with people.
