The AM Session includes: 09.00-12.00 surgery hours
The PM session include: 15.30-18.00 surgery hours
A Full Day includes: 09.00-12.00 surgery hours AM, 15.30-18.00 surgery hours PM, on-call from 12.00 to 15.30, additional surgery paperwork including scripts, referral letters and repeat prescriptions, no visits
The computer system is: Emis
The dates and Sessions required for cover are:
30/06/14 - 29/08/14
