Position: Call Centre Automotive Parts Specialist Location:Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 8AU
Salary:£15-18,000pa
Our client is looking for a sales focused Call Centre specialist who has worked in a Franchise environment previously. You will contribute to achieving the parts trade telesales budget and be able to build strong customer relationships over the phone.
The successfully appointed candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
*Excellent customer service skills
*Franchise Parts experience
*High understanding of technical and automotive trade
*Target driven
*Good level of literacy and numeracy
*IT skills
You will be responsible for supplying customers with the correct parts in a timely and cost effective manner. You will have a natural ability to listen to what the customer requires and give suggestions and advice while keeping a sales focus as well as a customer satisfaction focus. Your duties will include:
*Actively seek competitor information and report back to department manager
*Build robust communication links with all members of the Parts Team to ensure 'one message'
*Use all the suppliers and resources to make parts available to maximize sales
*Operating within credit control and payment systems in accordance with company policies and procedures
*Comply with the standards set by the franchises
