Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Calling all amazing graduates. We have an opportunity for a recent graduate to join our rapidly growing business as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer.

360 Resourcing Solutions have gone from zero to hero in just four short years. From the proverbial garage office, just like Apple, to a cool new suite of offices in sunny St Helens now employing a talented team of 84 and new offices in Manchester city centre, Leeds and London.

Having completed your initial training you will embark on your recruitment career sourcing specialist IT candidates via a number of sources including LinkedIn, Networking, CV Database, Job Board Advertising etc. You will purely be responsible for finding candidates for the agency's vacancies. The role does not include any cold calling / business development. Once you are competent and confident in the Resoucer role you can choose to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position.

This is a pure sales and service role; you will spend your time talking to, interviewing, influencing, selling, building relationships with candidates and clients so you must have the gift of the gab, professional and personable phone manner, competitive nature and motivation to deliver results against targets.

To become our Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer you must have the following skills and experience:

- Be self motivated and ambitious

- Be able to work on your own initiative

- Be naturally persuasive, resilient, tenacious with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to quickly gain an understanding of a technical market and to be credible when speaking to clients and candidates is essential.

-  You must have a strong work ethic and good time-management skills. This is not a "9 to 5" role.

- You will be "driven" and prepared to work long hours to find candidates to fill the clients vacancies and thus progress your own career.
