Jaguar Graduate Trainee Sales Specialist

Based on the Surrey/Hampshire border, this company are a family owned business with over 100 years of experience representing luxury brands in the automotive sector.

They are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Jaguar Graduate Trainee Sales Specialist to join their successful team, selling both new and used Jaguars along with associated finance and aftercare products.

You must be organised, process driven and committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. Applicants must also be self-motivated and dedicated with a proactive approach to prospecting and seeking out new business opportunities to achieve challenging targets, whilst delivering outstanding customer care standards.  

The successful Jaguar Graduate Trainee Sales Specialist applicant should: 

- Educated to Degree standard or equivalent.

- Be confident, professional and an excellent communicator.
- Be impeccable in presentation.

- Have excellent IT skills.

- Be able to work with composure within a demanding environment.

- Understand the importance of provided outstanding customer service.

The successful Jaguar Graduate Trainee Sales Specialist candidate will receive a 12 month in depth training programme to become a qualified Jaguar Sales Specialist.

After the initial training programme has been completed, the Jaguar Graduate Trainee Sales Specialist will be expected to do the following:

- To prospect new customers and maintain existing customer satisfaction.

- To carrying out test drives, part exchange appraisals and vehicles handovers.
- Provide outstanding customer experience.

- Achieve and maintain agreed targets for the sale of vehicles and related products.

- Provide outstanding customer experience.

- Operate in-house IT Systems and third party databases.
