Cognizant are a global Systems Integrator and SAP partner providing innovative and differentiated service offerings to both existing and new SAP customers and have a balanced portfolio of SAP Implementation Projects and Programmes, as well as Application Management Services.
Due to the continuous year on year growth of the SAP practice we are currently looking to expand our global SAP delivery capability.

At present we are looking for an SAP SLcM consultant capable of supporting clients with SLcM related full life cycle implementation, support and maintenance activities.
 

Role/Responsibilities:

- Conduct requirement workshop with the business to gather, define and document the business process.
- Carry out a fit-gap analysis for requirements in view of core SAP modules vis-??-vis SLCM.
- Documentation of design and solution.
- Capability to understand customer/sector challenges, propose SAP solutions to solve them and devise delivery models to achieve desired results.
- Proven ability to shape/architect SAP solutions to customer needs.
- Ability to develop business opportunities for SAP by working closely with sales & vertical teams.
- Leadership skills and ability to develop a team for success.
- A very high level of comfort in interacting with Client executives and an ability to actively engage them in meaningful dialogue throughout engagements.
- Bring deep knowledge of your specific competency (SLcM) and how SAP offers solutions to solve business problems.

- Experience/Exposure of HCM Learning Solutions or Training & Events Management will very useful.
- Supporting the development team in the end-to-end development cycle will be a key part of the role.
- Experience of SAP Industry Solution for Higher Education and Research (SLcM - Student Lifecycle Management, formerly known as Campus Management) R/3 4.70 - ECC 6.06
