About You
You have experience working in a rapidly changing environment and are an energetic self-starter who shows personal initiative. You are a team player and enjoy building relationships with your colleagues.
You also have:
- Knowledge of both PC and Mac computers, including Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and all versions of Mac OS X operating systems.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced start-up environment and be willing to think on your toes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
About the Role
The Sr. Support Technician role within the IT team will be on the front line and fully integrated into the AppDynamics support system. The ideal candidate will support all employees within AppDynamics. The primary task of this position will be to troubleshoot and resolve end users issues; create and troubleshoot virtual machines; install and support systems; assist with day to day tasks; and troubleshoot internal networks.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance to users with any basic problems or questions they may have regarding the use of any technical systems.
- Set up and configure laptops and accounts for all New Hires
- Provide world-class customer service with a positive, proactive, approach
- Provide insight into user opinions on the system and help to identify problematic trends
- Other duties include administrative or other special projects
