ERP Change - Transformation Lead (HR or Finance) / London

The client is about to embark on a pan-European ERP programme, delivering transformational solutions in HR, Finance, Procurement and Engineering. They require and HR Lead and a Finance Lead so if you are relevant for either please get in touch. This programme is part of a wider programme to achieve consistency and visibility across all its international subsidiaries. Overall the programme will provide the client with company-wide reporting and analytics capabilities for strategic decision making that could rapidly and effectively integrate new acquisitions into the company and allowing it to move into new markets faster. The ERP Lead is responsible for ensuring the delivery of solution to the client which will enable truly integrated business.

You will establish and manage the overall programme plan. The role carries out day-to-day management of the portfolio of projects in the programme. To this the Lead must ensure that the management and support environment for each project is adequate. Programme progress, risks, issues, changes, variances and exceptions must be monitored. It is particularly important that the Lead takes early control of any problems which impact more than one project on the programme or external components.

The person in this role will be responsible for:

• Being the primary interface to all stakeholders
• Establish programme governance
• Accountable for strategic planning.
• Accountable for operative programme planning
• Prepare project (deployment) plans
• Ensure project operates in alignment to ERP Programme methodology
• Manage internal and external dependencies
• Own scope control and release management.
• Accountable for Programme execution, monitoring and controlling
