I'm looking for a strong operational Risk professional for my client, a leading global Financial Services business in London.

The Operational Risk Analyst will collaborate and partner with business managers and other groups to ensure operational risks are appropriately identified, escalated and mitigated. She/he will oversee the Risk Acceptance process; providing advice on potential risk exposures; recommending mitigating controls, ensuring there is a consistent approach and robust governance.

We're looking for an experienced Operational Risk professional with a proven ability to anticipate and identify risks and deploy effective mitigation.

In addition, we're looking for:

. Good understanding of banking regulation, especially in operational risk management (ORM)
. Understanding and knowledge of operational risk concepts, such as framework risk tolerance and
appetite, scenario analysis, RCSA, risk modelling etc
. Experience of meeting and dealing with regulations of bodies such as the PRA and FCA
